 Lewis LTD is a family run business. Dennis and Chantelle Lewis are the head trainers, care takers, grooms, and stall cleaners. We believe in a personal, hands on approach with our horses.
We are located in Melissa, TX, just off of Hwy 75 (north of Dallas) between McKinney and Sherman. We are a small operation, as we do not take in more horses than we can properly train and care for.
We train nearly any type or breed of horse, but we specialize in the Arabian/Half-Arabian horses and go to the Arabian horse shows, along with local one day fun shows.
Available training options for your horse would include: breaking to ride, halter training, conditioning, Western Pleasure, Hunter Pleasure, Country English Pleasure, English Pleasure, Halter and Showmanship. Some of the other things we have done are Tennesee Walking Horse halter training, Saddle Seat Appaloosa training, Thoroughbred Dressage training,and Pinto halter training. We have taught to ride and/or ridden all different breeds of horses to make them better for their owners to ride at home.

 We take pride in our Amateur program, teaching our Amateurs to ride their horse(s), and not simply be a passenger up there. We have had Amateurs showing successfully in Hunter Pleasure and Equitation, Western Pleasure, Country English Pleasure, Halter, Showmanship. We have also helped our amateurs enjoy their horses at the local levels/local shows! Sometimes, those can be even more fun!
